Starting your child on their academic journey can be an exciting and also daunting experience and at Brentley-Edwards Education, we understand this and have years of experience and expertise to help you and your children on their journey.

Many independent preparatory and junior schools in London and other parts of the UK ask children to sit assessments in Mathematics, English and Reasoning (verbal and non-verbal) and often ask them attend an interview which all forms part of a 7+ entrance exam or 8+ entrance exam. Our team of private tutors in London and online and our support team comprises of several expert 7+ and 8+ entrance exam tutors who have had years of experience with the 7+ entrance exams and indeed the 8+ entrance exams and have honed their knowledge and expertise to make the process as easy, straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Firstly, it’s important to understand that the 7+ entrance exams and assessments are designed to gauge your child’s potential and aptitude rather than being a stringent measure of their current abilities and so the approach our private tutors take is much less prescriptive than you might imagine.
